The DC Conferences team recently became pasta-making queens after a class with Pasta Master, Chef Marco at Gastronomia. Under his expert guidance we whisked, blended and kneaded our ingredients into perfect dough. While waiting on the dough to rest we were treated to the infamous Signorelli hospitality including antipasto platters and bubbles.

A play with the rolling pin and a dust of flour our dough was ready for its date with the pasta machine. 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 we were done. Perfect fettuccine.

Who knew pasta making could be so easy and such fun!

An ideal team building or conference partner program activity. A big thank you to  Julie Pilkington, Business Development Manager and the Dolton House team for hosting the DCC team.

1 Egg
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Pinch Salt
